My client is the global market leader in logistics industry, and they are looking for a project construction manager to lead the provision of customer IT integration services to customers in pre-sales as well as post-sales stages.
Work with Sales Team and provide pre-sales information system (IS) support by formulating IS costing, developing IS questionnaires, leading IS related sales presentations and designing integrated solutions to meet customers’ eCommerce, networking and infrastructure requirements
Participate in customers' RFI / RFQ
Develop project plan and lead customer IS solution implementation by specifying EDI/API/eCommerce requirements, setting up IS infrastructure and managing go-live process
Provide post-sales IS support by conducting ongoing evaluations and recommending improvement plans, and resolving Customer Interface issues
Coordinate with global and regional Customer IT Integration teams on updated Customer solutions/e-Tools and continuous process improvement
Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines
At least 5 years’ customer facing IT experience, preferably in logistics/ transportation industry or multinational companies
Strong technical background in electronic data interchange (EDI) and Application Interface (API) technology
Excellent communications skills and good knowledge on market trends of IT Technology
Customer focused and good influencing skills
Strong project management and analytical skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Proficient PC skills in software and applications
