Project Coordinator (Asset Management)

Our client, a MNC, is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team.


  • Provide administrative support to the project
  • Reconcile and validate the software result to find out the gap, and work with right party to resolve the gaps
  • Provide the reporting to customer on a regular basis
  • Manage vendor for hardware, software and services
  • Control the software compliance issue and risk
  • Prepare meeting minutes and present to customer on a weekly and monthly basis


  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Good communication skills (English, Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Knowledge in asset management, including but not limit to hardware and software
  • Can work independently with analytical and problem solving skills
