Project Coordinator (Civil / Building)
We are a sub-contractor company for supply and installation of metal works such as curtain wall, window, glass balustrades, etc. with expertise in scale construction projects. To cope with expansion, we are looking for a suitable candidate to take on the following position:
Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure timely completion of construction / structural work
- Good knowledge of local BD regulations, statutory submission and familiarize to structural design & calculation is preferred
- Liaise with clients, consultants and sub-contractors
- Attend meetings to report progress and resolve project related issues
- Plan, prepare, organize and maintain project documentation
Qualifications
- High Diploma or above in Civil / Building or related disciplines
- At least 3 years working experience
- T3 is preferable
- Independent and able to work under pressure
- Immediately available is preferred
Work Location
- San Po Kong
