Project Coordinator (Fitting Out Works)

Responsibilities

• Good knowledge of local BD regulations, statutory submission and familiarity with fitting-out works/design & build is preferred
• Liaise with clients, consultants and sub-contractors
• Report progress and resolve project-related issues
• Plan, prepare, organize and maintain project documentation

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Fitting-Out works / Building or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of working experience
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Immediately available is preferred
