Job Description:

  • General duties of the Project Coordinator
  • Attend regular meetings and prepare site meeting agenda or minutes, daily and weekly reports, and submission forms Liaise and coordinate with clients and contractors
  • Liaise and coordinate with suppliers, sub-contractors, consultants, clients, government, and utility parties;
  • Assist in monitoring and checking building services installations and ensuring that specifications, work procedures, schedules, and quality are up to standard;
  • Coordinate materials and shop drawings submissions


  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Applications
  • Good communication, Well-organized, self-driven, and interpersonal skills
  • Good spoken and written in English and Chinese
  • Less experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant Project Coordinator
