Project Coordinator (PMO Office) – Leading Solution Provider

Our client, a reputable solution provider, is looking for a (Perm) Project Coordinator for their key project (Financial Service related project). The selected candidates will be tasked supporting the PMO office on the activities, coordinating the portfolios etc. Current project is still at Phase 1. Welcome anyone from BA/ PM/ PMO background who is looking for a change from their original domain and a large scale project exp. as trophy case. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategy for the control and tracking of project related items including issues, assumptions, dependencies and associated costs and resources.
  • Assist the Head of PMO in the delivery of Project Life Cycle (PLC) phases and System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) requirements.
  • Coordinating PMO processes, systems/tools and ensuring governance is adhered
  • Coordinating PMO activities including coordination of the PMO SharePoint site
  •  Track project change and assist in managing project scope.

Job Requirements:

  • Around 3 years of experience in Project Management or PMO process, experience with a full project lifecycle.
  • Strong PC skills across MS Office, including MS Project and Sharepoint.
  • Exceptional Communications skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin will be a PLUS
