Project Coordinator / Project Assistant

Job Description:

  • To assist Project Team for handling documentation, purchasing, tendering and ad-hoc duties
  • Follow up project in all aspect such as project planning, material handling, site coordination, administrative support, quotation preparation, purchasing and follow-up procedure etc.
  • Work closely with other project team members and liaise with all parties
  • Perform data entry, filing and other clerical duties
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years’ relevant working experience in the construction field;
  • IVE / Diploma / Higher Diploma or above
  • Good knowledge and experience in the operation and practices of construction / Interior Design industry are preferred;
  • Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese;
  • Hands-on experience in using MS Office applications and Chinese word processing;
  • Self motivated, responsible, able to work under pressure
  • Immediate available is preferable
