  • Supervise interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion
  • Site works coordination, preparation of quotation and budget monitoring, project scheduling, coordination with sub-contractors, vendors and consultants
  • Liaising with clients/customers, contractors and landlords

Qualifications :

  • Diploma / Certificate in Interior/building studies or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in fit-out works, furniture production for both commercial and residential projects
  • Experience in design, drawings and fitting out works processing
  • Planning and scheduling, site coordination and contract administration.  Prior experience in retail industry is will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently under tight schedule and pressure
  • Good command in written & spoken English / Cantonese. (Mandarin will be an advantage)
  • Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Microsoft office
  • Able to travel upon request
  • Immediate available is preferred
