Our client is one of the most reputed main contractor based in Hong Kong. They are currently working on multiple high profiled building / Civil projects based in Hong Kong areas and they are looking for Project Coordinator to Senior Project Manager to cope with their increasing number of business opportunity. 

Project Coordinator - Senior Project Manager  (Fitting out)  (Building) (Civil) (25k - 80k)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate building / Civil construction with consultants and sub-contractors.
  • Work closely with Project Manager / Project Director  in daily duties of a project’s administration.
  •  Monitor field and contract work so as to ensure compliance with contracts requirement.
  • Assist in monitoring and coordinating progress of construction and ensure all of them are on schedule.
  • Plan site works with sub?contractor to meet main contractor requirements
  • Attend site meetings
  • Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested by supervision.  


  • Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies, Building management or related disciples.
  • Independent and able to work under pressure.
  • Minimum 3- 15 years site experience in building/ Fit out construction.
  • Solid experience in site coordination, supervision and submissions.
  • Knowledgeable with costing, contract, regulations and building operations.
  • Proficient in PC application including Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.  
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
