Project Coordinator

Job description:

  • Outdoor site checking for workmanship and progress of renovation and new projects
  • Conduct project on-site supervision and monitor the project on progress
  • Communicate with consultant, contractor & vendor of the project for the company products and site issues
  • Prepare site documents, meeting minutes and reports
  • Responsible for the coordination of design & site work.
  • Coordinate with consultants for development of method statements and OM Manual
  • Coordinate and prepare submissions for approval, progress reports, materials selection and documents together with the respective project departments.
  • Execute defect management and prepare handover documents for submission together with respective project departments.
  • Coordinate and monitor design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of works are carried out in accordance with drawings and specifications and including inspection for correct positions, lines and levels are within allowable tolerances.



  • Responsible, hardworking, detail-minded, team work player, able to work under pressure and be punctual
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese
  • Good knowledge of PC, e.g. MS Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, AutoCAD, MS project
  • At least 3 years on-site planning, coordinating and reporting experiences
  • Willing to learn and to work overtime.
  • Good Knowledge in MS project, AutoCAD is preferable
