Job Purposes / Objectives:

The Project Coordinator is responsible to support, follow thru and implement event projects assigned to him/her for all official and/or non-official shows either hosted locally or overseas.


Job Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Based on contact list provided by organizer, contact potential customers either by phone or promotion letters to explore business opportunities
  • Handling customers enquires with follow up action if needed
  • Prepare shipment quotations and maintain good customers relationship
  • Engage and share information with network party for local & overseas business
  • Compliance with ISO9001:2000 procedures
  • Prepare and update sales pipeline monthly report/Show profile data
  • Acts as the focal point and coordinate internally with operation/documentation team to ensure project is discharged according to timeline and within the assigned budget
  • Monitor settlement according to agreed terms
  • Assist colleagues in problem solving & as back up
  • To understand Customs Clearance regulations for different countries.


Qualifications and Experience

The specific requirements are:

  • Post-secondary education or above, 1 year experience in logistics/freight forwarding industry or related discipline is a must
  • Positive and convincing attitude, Motivated and eager to gain business
  • Willing to learn with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications environment including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good planning & organizing skills, details oriented with multi-task ability
  • Able to work under pressure within a short time frame
  • Immediate availability will be an advantage
  • Occasionally weekend work shifts and traveling may be required
