Project Coordinator

Job Description:
  • Initiate and manage projects as well as perform post-implementation reviews
  • Complete various projects within budget, timeframe and comply with relevant statutory and client’s requirement
  • Assist in manage and monitor project accounting, inclusive of cost control, interim payment and variation claims, etc
  • Assist Project Manager/Site Engineer in doucmentary works
  • Work closely with client’s representative, consultant, main contractor and statutory body

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • At least 1 years of working experience
  • Able to work under pressure and accept challenges
  • Good sense of problem solving skill and quick decision making
  • Good communication skills, self-motivated, customer oriented, strong analytical skill and presentable
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
