(reports to Associate Project Director & Head of Sales)


  l   Review and monitor project plans (sometimes multiple plans) regularly to ensure critical task and milestones are being achieved in a timely manner. Follow up on any actions, quickly address any difficulties, and escalate issues with the Associate Project Director / Head of Sales when necessary in an appropriate report format

  l   Responsible for a full range of project coordination and communication amongst stakeholders to gather/prepare governances reports, project status reports, presentations, agendas, and minutes, and maintain logs and registers in a timely manner

  l   Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meeting and documenting/following up on important actions and decisions from the meeting

  l   Proactively maintain a current awareness of project activities

  l   Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with internal and external stakeholders throughout the process of project development to keep workflow on track

  l   Regular reporting to the Associate Project Director and Head of Sales to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives

  l   Perform any other duties as assigned.


l   Higher Diploma or Degree in Project Management or related discipline is an advantage but not a must.  Candidates with less experience can be considered as Assistant Project Coordinator.

l   Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure and deadline

l   Willing to learn and attention to details

l   Good computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) is an advantage.

l   Good Team spirit

l   Work on Saturdays and Sundays, if required.

l   Candidates with less experience / Fresh Graduates are also considered
