Project Coordinator

• T o c oordinate and liaise with project stakeholders ( clients , consultant s , contractors and suppliers) on  environmental graphics and signage projects to facilitate project progress until completion
  
• To r esponsible for project man a gement/administration dut ies such as detail work programming and management, attending coordination and site meetings
  
• To a ssist in prepar ing sign age  tender drawings and docu mentations, p roductio n cost estimation, m a terials sample board etc
  
• To a ssist in construction tender evaluation and recommendation
  
• To r esponsible for construction supervision works such as checking of contractor’s submissions , factory/ site progress  check and reporting , completion defect s check and reporting  
  
• Traveling to project sites outside of Hong Kong is required

REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate or diploma holder in interior or architectural studies , design or project  management or other related disciplines
• Min. 3 years  work experience as project coordinator or similar role in signage/ exhibition/  interior/ architectural /construction  fields
• S elf-motivated and   multitasking team player
  
• Strong organizational and communication skills and good at time-management  
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Competence in AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator , knowledge on Sketch up or other 3D renderings software is an advantage
