  • Work closely with project teams include Developers, Designers, Business Analysts and QA on platform and system development projects.
  • Perform day-to-day management of all project phases including requirements gathering, design, development, test, and deployment.
  • Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to communicate requirements, timelines, change requests, and provide project risk analysis.
  • Review and manage all changes to the requirements from the start of projects to the time-of-service launch.
  • Monitor progress at various milestones to ensure that the project is delivered on time in high quality.
  • Communicate closely with internal team or client to ensure the project is on right track and provide professional suggestion.


  • Bachelor degree or above in eCommerce, supply chain management, marketing, IT or relevant qualification
  • At least 2 years relevant experiences in IT projects
  • Holder of CAPM or Scrum Master certification will be an advantage
  • Familiar in eCommerce or business related disciplines
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
