Job Description

•          Responsible for overall coordination and management of construction  projects including progress,  quality control
•          Monitor field and contract work to ensure compliance with contracts requirement
•          Monitoring and coordinating progress of construction is on schedule
•          Plan site works with sub-contractor to meet client requirements
•          Attend site meetings and organize work

Job Requirement

•          High Certificate / Diploma in Engineering / Building or equivalent
•          Minimum 2 years site experience in the Building construction industry  preferably in architectural and electrical
•          Solid experience in site coordination, supervision and submissions
•          Familiar with AutoCAD & MS Project
•          Good interpersonal communication skills and self-motivated
•          Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English
