Project Coordinator

A leading facade engineering firm located in Yau Tong invites you to join its growing team.
To meet our business expansion, we are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Project Coordinator:
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Director in project planning, coordinating and progress monitoring of assigned projects.
- Project coordination & supervision.
- Liaise with Clients/Sub-contractors to ensure smooth and on time project completion.
- Attend Site Meeting & monitor work progress.
- Report on any on-site problems.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Certificate holder in Building Studies / Building Surveying or equivalent.
- 1 year solid experience in site project coordination.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (MS words, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project) and AutoCAD operations.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Candidate with more experience or academic qualification will be considered as Senior Project Coordinator (SPC).
We offer attractive package to the right candidate including double pay and 14 days annual leave.
