Project Coordinator

*Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Coordinator

Responsibilities :

• Overall project planning, co-ordination and works progress monitoring;
• Assistant to coordinate and liaise with client, main contractors, government departments, sub-contractors, etc, in the addition & alteration, renovation and new development projects;
• Submit record and record photos;
• Follow materials order& delivery;
• Carry out site visit.

Requirements :

• Diploma or above in Building Studies / Structural Engineering / Civil Engineering or equivalent is an advantage;
• Minimum 2 years'' relevant experience in Construction Industry;
• With T1 or equivalents an advantage;
• With Safety Supervisor Certificate or equivalents an advantage;
• Capable to analysis of construction drawing preferable;
• Proficiency in PC applications including AutoCAD and MS Project;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Communication and site management skills.
