Project Coordinators (5-day work and 12-month contract)

The Job:
The incumbent is responsible for coordinating the design and shop drawing submission of the modular integrated construction (MiC) / design for manufacture and assembly (DfMA) elements.  He / she may work in either i) the offices of Architectural Designer, Structural Designer and Building Services Designer; and / or ii) on Site.  He / she should work full time under the supervision and direction of the Project Manager or his / her delegates.
 

Requirements:

• University Degree or equivalent qualification in building construction
• Possess a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) and is required to carry out site inspection, site meeting and site measurement periodically related to the project
