Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain standard project (cost) control processes and procedures
  • Prepare monthly project report and analysis, reflecting the projects' current financial position and estimates at completion, including ensuring alignment with project schedules, committed costs and reconciliation to financial system
  • Ensure project risks and opportunities being accurately reflected in accruals, forecasts, provisions, and contingencies
  • Ensure forecast variances being communicated to the Management to enable corrective actions to be taken when and where necessary
  • Follow up of timely billing and collection per project milestones and perform regular review with project teams
  • Conduct analysis, pro-actively comparing actuals with plan & estimates at both service lines and project perspective
  • Ad hoc tasks and analysis to support decision making
  • Support the periodical project reviews

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance / Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years solid experience in project (cost) control, FP&A
  • Proactive personality with the ability to identify risks and opportunities and provide remedial action.
  • Positive approach to work and flexible to change.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and numeric skills.
  • Experienced in ERP system implementation is a plus
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Controller
