Develop and maintain standard project (cost) control processes and procedures
Prepare monthly project report and analysis, reflecting the projects' current financial position and estimates at completion, including ensuring alignment with project schedules, committed costs and reconciliation to financial system
Ensure project risks and opportunities being accurately reflected in accruals, forecasts, provisions, and contingencies
Ensure forecast variances being communicated to the Management to enable corrective actions to be taken when and where necessary
Follow up of timely billing and collection per project milestones and perform regular review with project teams
Conduct analysis, pro-actively comparing actuals with plan & estimates at both service lines and project perspective
Ad hoc tasks and analysis to support decision making
Support the periodical project reviews
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance / Engineering
Minimum of 5 years solid experience in project (cost) control, FP&A
Proactive personality with the ability to identify risks and opportunities and provide remedial action.
Positive approach to work and flexible to change.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent analytical and numeric skills.
Experienced in ERP system implementation is a plus
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Controller
