  • University degree or above
  • Minimum 6 to 8 years research experience

Job Duties:
  • The role of Project Director is fully responsible for client projects
to ensure all activities of projects are completed and presented, by
maintaining and enhancing client relationships, contributes to
business development
  • (For Team leader) Manage the research team, including team planning
team building, recruitment, motivation, training, and team member
career plan and performance review
  • (For Non-team leader) Assist in managing the research team, including
team planning, team building, recruitment, motivation, training, team
member career plan and performance review
  • Maintain close relationships with clients to enhance trust level and
to explore further business opportunities
  • Lead project teams to provide professional and precise all-around
service in project design, supervision and analysis to ensure
meaningful and value-added findings are generated from projects
  • Conduct report presentation to client
  • Assist the AD/D/GM to develop new business
  • Supervise the project costing to achieve competitiveness and cost
effectiveness, and responsible for the payment
  • Prepare difficult proposals with some supervision; instruct the
senior researchers to prepare small and medium difficult proposals
  • Design reports (guideline/format) and write conclusions with
actionable recommendations; supervise and check the conclusions for
small and medium projects which written by senior researchers
  • Design and deliver client presentations (for proposal or report) in a
highly confident & professional manner
  • Supervise the questionnaire design, central briefing, table spec
code frame, data analysis (main findings) and etc
  • Communication with other teams and internal departments to discuss
and resolve problems to achieve high efficiency
