Project Executive / Assistant Project Manager (5 day work)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project planning, control, scheduling and management
  • Maintaining good clients relationships
  • Liaising and co-ordinating with clients, sub-contractors, and the design team to meet clients’ requirements
  • Preparing proposals, quotation and other documentation including brief, contact report, etc.
  • Monitoring and controlling of project cost and quality of output, ensuring smooth operation and completion of job within schedule.
  • Efficient and effective utilization of resources

Requirements:

  • Degree/ Diploma holder inproject management/ interior design / business preferred
  • 3-4 years relevant experience in interior/ exhibition / events / creative industries is required.
  • Strong organisational and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail-minded, with good communication and problem solving abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese / Putonghua)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Power Point; understanding of CAD, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is a bonus.
  • Good team builder and team player
  • Travel to PRC will be required
  • Immediate available is preferred
