Project Executive / Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Handle the project planning and hardware operations of indoor amusement park catering mainly for children and youngster markets

• Review project & technical specifications, construction drawings

• Closely follow up with contractors on interior design and construction works to ensure their full compliance with the contracts

• Responsible for facilities and equipment planning & maintenance

• Prepare and monitor project schedules to ensure target finished date is met

• Provide clerical support to assist project team in preparing and consolidating project-related documents, correspondences & reports and other administrative works

• Handle ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Project Management, or any technical fields

• At least 2 years experience in project management and working with contractors

• Good experience in fit-out works, reading technical drawings and basic knowledge of electrical wirings, plumbing, air conditioning planning, and etc. 

• Proficient in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• 8 days off per month on roster basis which no more than 4 days off should be scheduled on weekend or public holidays
