  • Assist in planning, organise, execute and deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Handle logistics and provide administrative support for efficient project management, such as handling reports, filing system and meeting schedules
  • Handle enquiries from clients and undertake on-site duties
  • Proactively and effectively research, liaise and coordinate with local / partners and collaborators
  • Liaise and coordinate with both internal and external parties on daily operations
  • Must be detail-minded, efficient and able to work under pressure


  • Higher Diploma or above with major in business or related disciplines such as marketing, visual merchandising etc.
  • Minimum 3 years of solid relevant experience, preferably in project management
  • Proactive, self-initiated and very attentive to details
  • Mature, creative, with team work spirits
  • Good spoken & written English, Cantonese & Putonghua
  • Proficiency in MS applications and Chinese word-processing
  • Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with people from all levels
