職責：

• 遊說物業管 理 公 司 / 業主參 加 由回 收 基金資助的廢塑 膠 回 收 項 目
• 設 計 乾 淨 回 收 教 育 及宣 傳 品
• 定期到參 與 大廈巡 視 及紀 錄 回 收 物 狀 況，並予以跟 進
• 統 籌 及安 排 宣 傳大使到參與大廈宣傳回收項目
• 協助項目經理各類型聯絡工作，以及報告事宜
• 其他由上司指派的相關工作

Position:  Project Inspector (2 vacancies)

Responsibilities:

• To persuade property management/landlords to participate in plastic recycling project funded by Recycling Fund.
• To design promotional materials on clean recycling.
• To conduct regular site visits to participated buildings, record the recyclables condition and follow up.
• To coordinate ambassadors to participated buildings for project promotion.
• To assist Project Manager on communication with parties and reports
• Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

要求：

• 大 專 畢業或以上
• 最少 3 年有關項目統籌 / 市場推廣 的工作經驗
• 具計劃、 管 理及環保活動能力，有環保團體或慈善團體工作經驗較佳
• 認同綠領行動 有限公 司宗旨，熱心及立志於環境保護，勤力、不怕辛苦
• 能在最少 指導下 獨立工作，勇於學習、主動及具責任感
• 需經 常 外出工 作
• 良好中英文程度，並能書寫中英文信函
• 良好的溝通及表達技巧
• 熟悉 設 計 軟件
• 具基本電腦操作知識，熟悉電腦文書，試算表，簡報及傳真操作及懂得中文輸入法
• 需外出及周末 / 假期工作（不定期）
• 即時上班可獲優 先 考 慮

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above.
• 3 years or more solid working experience on project coordination / marketing.
• Able to plan and manage. Worked in Green Group or other Charity is preferable.
• Commit to the mission of Greeners Action Company Limited. Enthusiastic on environmental protection. Hard Working.
• Work independently with minimum supervision, strong initiative, mature, committed to work and have a strong sense of responsibility.
• Work outdoor is required.
• Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in design software, Internet, Windows Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
• Able to work in Sat/Sun & public holidays. 
• Immediate availability is preferable.

薪酬：視乎相關工作經驗及學歷
