  • You are proficient in project management tools/software (PMI, Prince2, or PPS)
  • You are experienced in working with Agile project management methodologies
  • You understand the web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • You are knowledgable in digital analytics
  • You are digital savvy. Passionate about the latest technology, data and problem solving
  • You are proactive, independent thinker, detail-oriented and a team player
  • You are confident in working closely with both technical and business teams
  • You are proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • You are a degree (or above) holder in eCommerce or related disciplines
  • You have minimum 3 years’ solid experience in leading digital projects, experience in website and mobile application is a must



  • Key responsible person to drive the planning and implementation of Projects. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables, following through the implementation process to secure these definitions are met
  • Develop full scale project plans - manage project budget, define project tasks and resource requirements, plan and schedule project timelines
  • Design project team structure and assemble members from within or cross discipline, keep all parties on track with project requirements, deadlines and schedules
  • Regular project status update to key stakeholders and track project deliverables with appropriate tools. Actively escalate decision points and project challenges to project steering group and seek for resolution
  • Implement/manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs, endeavor to sustain agility and scrum delivery for all projects, adapt and react to constant changes
  • Monitor, track to secure all milestones are completed so projects are rolled out on time and with Quality, all projects rolled out by the Project Leader should answer to IKEA North Asia’s defined Digital Objectives
  • Work together with similar/complementary functions within IKEA Group Dairy Farm and extended IKEA World organizations. Stakeholder management and be able to explain/illustrate concept/innovative ideas across the organization
  • Identifying and developing new opportunities for the IKEA North Asia’s digital roadmap, assessing feasibility of new growth ideas and initiatives. Ideate digital initiatives based on market trends, customer behaviour/expectation changes, technology advancement and IKEA North Asia needs and digital objectives
  • Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements. Take and document learnings to bring forward to future projects
  • Network with regular Inter IKEA Systems and Dairy Farm tests, meetings, trainings and initiatives to stay abreast of new developments within both retail and the IKEA Brand



  • To secure the timeliness and quality Digital and eCommerce's project rollouts
  • To manage and implement projects which will help facilitate the growth of IKEA North Asia eCommerce and digital transformation of the business
