Experience in implementation projects involving IT
WFH 2 days per week,5-day work,14 days AL, Medical
Responsibilities :
Assist Project Manager with planning and execution of IT Project from the following aspects under the direction.
Organise and conduct Project Meetings with Stakeholders (Internal & Customer) and meeting documentation.
Identify project status, work performance , dependency, blocker, risk, issue, next action, and assignee of a project.
Maintain Work Dreakdown Sheet (WBS), monitor and follow up action assignee periodically.
Engage with project governance among the whole project lifecycles.
Requirements :
Degree holder in Information System or related disciplines
3 years work experience in implementation projects involving IT.
Knowledge of Project Management Lifecycle and methodology (Waterfall, Agile).
Skill to quickly spot the issue/risk or blocker and its cause and identify the escalation point (and escalate to Project Manager) with well-organized.
Ability to drive various meeting/coordination to keep discussion efficient and productive with good writing and verbal communication in English.
Great command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
Possession of PMI, PMP will be a plus.
Experience with Project Management Tool is a plus.
