To lead and manage marketing campaigns to deliver best practice in project management; meeting key milestones, inventory management, and establishing and measuring against agreed KPIs; to build and develop long-term client relationship and become a pivotal role with clients and internal departments.
Project planning with clear establish timelines; highlight key milestones to relevant external and internal parties and ensure milestones are met
Lead and initiate internal meetings, when necessary, to invite relevant internal parties to participate in planning and implementation of project plan
Manage business plans and processes; integrate information across departments and recommend appropriate action plans leading to successful campaigns delivery
Provide store training to ensure top of class campaign execution, including presenting an engaging and motivating training event
Critical analysis of campaign results, with added-value on identifying reasons for performance and customized reports to the client
Detail analysis, to proactively recommend action required as appropriate, including re-projections
Produce informative campaign wrap-up presentations, professionally present key findings to the client
Digital Program Management
Work as a liaison between the digital operations team and the client to set up and implement digital campaigns and programs
Help implement and enable roll out of project functional specification for digital and gamification campaigns
Work with clients during user accepted testing (UAT), performance testing and training
Facilitate and run project kick off meetings with clients and establish go-live dates and key milestones
Facilitate monitoring and advisory support with digital operation teams during active campaign
Facilitate and present weekly reporting, program analysis and measurement with digital operation teams
Manage and guide the team on delivery planning to maximize supply chain flexibility, whilst fulfilling projected sales demand
Actively explore delivery plan against redemption trend and item ratios, establishing contingency plans on stock management
Adopt global view on stock risks and proactively recommend options to minimize out-of-stock or surplus stock situations through close communication with supply chain management
Resolve inventory challenges and proactively initiate discussions with internal departments
Develop long-term client relationship with key decision makers within client’s business
Participate and support in early campaign proposals with Sales with a broad, yet detail knowledge of the business
Participate or lead where relevant, in client meetings to ensure all communication is professionally delivered
Proactively understand client’s operational challenges, and lead internal parties to resolve potential operating constraints
University graduate or above in all discipline
A minimum of 5 years of solid experience in account management & excellent client-facing skills especially exposure in South East Asia countries. Highly preferable in retail and FMCG industry. For those candidates with more experience is highly preferable
Expert knowledge in project coordination and experience in digital marketing program management is essential
With strong commercial sense and good at numbers
A self-motivated team player, you will possess excellent negotiation, leadership and communication skills together with the ability to manage complexity and meet tight deadlines
Mature and passionate about work
Fluent in English and Chinese, Mandarin. With other Asian language would be definitely an advantage
