Project Manager V HRIS (SAP Success factor/ HCM)

Responsibilities:

  • Plan scope and organisation projects to market leading standards and practises
  • Manage projects through all phases of the implementation and development life cycle
  • Apply technical and management standards, tools, and techniques effectively
  • Manage the agreed budget and timeline to deliver projects while meeting stakeholders’ needs and requirements
  • Manage the risks and changes of the project in order to complete the deliveries
  • Communicate and manage all stakeholders throughout the projects in order to meet their expectation
  • Able to use verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks, create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines
  • Min 6 years’ experience in HR system implementation in large scale company
  • PMP/Prince 2 holder will be a PLUS
  • Strong vendor & stakeholder management, flexible and ability to learn and challenge
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodology is a plus
  • Experience in global / regional project is a PLUS
  • Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Team player, excellent interpersonal skills
  • Candidate with less experience will be consider as Assistant Project Manager
