Our client is a reputable global investment management firm. They are currently looking for a Project Manager to join their company for a year assignment. Contract extension might subject to the business needs and candidate performance.
Create a feasible plan to achieve goals and objectives of the project and align with organisation's business strategy
Co-ordinate, schedule and oversee the project plan and assigned work-stream activities through detailed oversight
Managing and resolving risks and issues:
Monitor execution progress versus plan
Proactively identify issues and risk, resolve any issues or delays
Reporting and documentation:
Research, create, and compile materials needed for effective discussion and planning
Provide management reporting and materials to inform discussion and decision-making (e.g., steering committee; executive reporting)
Manage logistics of a major regional project (e.g., meeting and schedule coordination, documentation including agendas, minutes, dashboards and executive reporting maintenance)
Communicate status appropriately to ensure alignment of goals and activities across project work-streams
Bachelor degree or above with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and PMP certificate
Experience leading large, multi-year projects
Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and sense of urgency
Proficient in MS Office and competent in creating executive-level communications/ presentations
Able to adapt to changing priorities and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated problem-solving and prioritisation skills complemented by strong decision-making capability
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - able to interact and communicate at all levels of the organisation
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
