Project Manager / APM / Site Supervisor / Project Coordinator (many roles)

We are looking for Project team members who is specialized in either Residential/ Luxury Retail shop / Hotel/ Office fitting out projects:

1) Project Manager x 2

2) Senior Site Supervisor / Site Supervisor x 3

3) Project Coordinator x 2

4) APM / SPC (retail) x 1

  Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Building Studies or Construction Management or Engineering or Interior or Architectural Design or related discipline
• For Senior Project Manager : 15 years experience in Contractor 
• For Project Manager : 8-10 years experience in Contractor
• For Senior Site Supervisor: 6 years experience in Contractor
• For Site Supervisor / Project Coordinator: Min 2 years project experiences
• Either being strong in Documentation and Submission, or strong in Site technical problem solving are also welcome
• Being project in-charge, manage project to meet quality standard, profitability and within time frame
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Project Manager
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Coordinator
• Good communication skills and coordination skills
• Knowledge on AutoCAD, and Ms Project is a bonus
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
