Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager - Client-side

Our client is a developer & operator in Hong Kong who is currently seeking a Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager to help expand their portfolio in Hong Kong. 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full-spectrum support in overall monitoring and project management of projects in Hong Kong,
  • Plan, monitor and control various aspects in different phases of A&A, interior fitting-out works for residential building / boutique hotel renovation projects.
  • Ensure project completion within satisfactory quality, saftery standards, cost & time
  • Ensure all works are in compliance with statutory regulations 
  • Liaise and collaborate with external consultants and relevant government departments to achieve objectives with architectural works.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, technical due diligence studies

Requirements:

  • Degree / Master's in Architecture, Building Services or related background.
  • At least 4 years working in consultancy firm / property developers.
  • Registered Architect with HKIA would be an advantage.
  • Experienced in managing A&A, fitting-out projects in offices / residential / commercial / hotels preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Cantonese
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager.
