Chevalier (E & M Contracting) Limited, a subsidiary of Chevalier Group, is now inviting high calibre persons to apply for this position:

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for overall project management and coordination of Building Services project including project progress, quality control, cost control and client relations;
  • Lead project team to ensure all works are complied with contractual requirement;
  • Attend regular site meeting and liaise with client's representative, architects and sub-contractors;
  • Monitor overall contractual and technical matters for projects;
  • Required to station in Macau

 

Requirements

 

  • Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 10 years' relevant experience in large - scale building services projects with 3 years' experience in managerial level
  • Qualification with MHKIE, MIMechE, MCIBSE or equivalent is highly preferred
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Possess excellent leadership and management skills

Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Project Manager.
