Our company was established in 2004. We are a Japan based architectural and interior construction company in Hong Kong.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Construction Management, or relevant disciplines.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in handling F&B fitting out projects.
  • Strong communication organization, time management, inter-personal skills, and be able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Email & AutoCAD
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

 

Duties

  • To coordinate with client for daily maintenance
  • To supervise overall site activities
  • To manage costs in order to ensure the project is executed within budget
  • To communicate with mainland factory staff regarding material handling, quality control and furniture production.
  • Managing, scheduling, budgeting with sub-contractors, vendors and consultants.
  • To organize and in charge of any necessary meetings related to projects and review of finishing samples, shop drawing with clients, contractors and landlord
