Job Duties:
- To manage, monitor and control projects progress
- Work closely with project teammates on daily operations
- Research and Analysis
- Communicate with both internal and external parties to execute of project plans
- Prepare and update project documentation, including task list, status report, meeting minutes, etc
- Participate in other ad-hoc project activities/duties
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- 5 years of related experience
- Willing to travel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel, is advantageous
- Well-organized, detail-minded, self-motivated, responsible and with a pleasant personality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written & spoken Chinese & English
