Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities

• To supervise subordinates in project operation, cost and quotation analysis, quality control and logistic to fulfill the tight time line set
• To liaise with customers, designers, sub-contractors and venders
• To monitor and supervise all Electrical & Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and Network Structure cabling project
• To liaise with clients, main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors
• To prepare system drawings including layout drawing, pipe duct details, plant room details, etc as well as equipment and individual preparation and submission for approval and procurement
• To prepare tender, job budget estimation and submission

Requirement

• University graduate / High Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years or above relevant working experience in projects management, specialize in ELV Systems and Network Structure cabling will be an advantage
• Excellent project management skills
• Good personality, hard working, presentation, well-organizing, communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Power Point etc.
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
