Project Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control the project scheduling, manpower, resource and budget allocation.
  • Communicate with subordinates, senior management, clients and project stakeholders to ensure information flow and tasks are being attended.
  • Attend and conduct meetings to keep all relevant parties update with the project progress.
  • Manage contracts and performance of all sub-contractors, consultants and vendors.
  • Mentors team members in project management, processes, tools and techniques.
  • Handle ad hoc duties and assignments as required.

Asst. Project Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Overview project operations and site coordination works.
  • Support and report to Project Manager to meet the project schedule.
  • Prepare documents of drawing, material submissions and work schedules.
  • Liaise and monitor with contractors and sub-contractors.
  • Participate in design, engineering, constructability and risk assessment workshops to ensure process safety measures are incorporated into the design of the project’s facilities.
  • Support the preparation and issues of the Request for Proposal / Invitation to Tender documents that will be used to select the Engineering Consultants and the Contractors for the project.
  • Handle ad hoc duties and assignments as required.

Project Manager Job Requirements:

  • Degree in IT or AV or relevant disciplines with at least 5 years' project management experience.
  • Experienced in Audio Visual’s industry will be an advantage.
  • Proven track record of project management experience in ELV / Building Service / AV / IT industry.
  • PMP, MHKIE, Chartered Engineer, RPE are an advantage
  • "Green Card" holder.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent Leadership skills, able to supervise subordinates to perform and motivate them to be their best.
  • Work location at Kwun Tong or To Kwa Wan depends on project assigned.

Asst. Project Manager Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in IT, AV, Electrical, Engineering or related discipline with Electrical, Electronics, Computer Hardware Knowledge.
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience.
  • Site co-ordination role preferably in the Audio Visual or ELV System project.
  • Knowledge and experience in AV product, LED system or CCTV is an advantage.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
  • "Green Card" holder.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Good command of English & Chinese (both spoken & written).
  • Work location at Kwun Tong or To Kwa Wan depends on project assigned.
