To apply change management expertise to contribute to successful outcome / benefit realization across all work streams of Transformation programs with AXA Hong Kong. This includes:


P Drive and deliver change management activities with each work stream leaders

P Support program level governance work under the programme manager

P Apply structured methodology to deliver change management activities. This includes but is not limited to:

o Design, development and delivery of communications

o Stakeholder and impact assessments: identify and manage areas of resistance

o Conduct training, lunch & learn and other awareness sessions

o Define metrics and KPIs to measure and monitor the progress on change

P Support and engage senior leaders and business sponsors

P Work with work stream leaders to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan

P Coaching team members to increase awareness and understanding of change management

P Communicate to status updates, risk/issues and progress to project stakeholders

P Support program level governance work

P Other tasks or duties as assigned by the programme manager



Experience / Qualifications:


P University graduate, preferably in Business, Finance, IT or related disciplines

P 5-8 years solid experience of management / consulting experience in Operations Development, Business Process Management, Change Management and/or Management Consulting; with at least 2 years in a project manager or equivalent capacity

P Experience in working on large scale organisation-wide projects

P Proven track record in delivery of large, complex projects in large, complex organisations

P Strong change management and stakeholder management skills; with proven capability of influencing and facilitate executive level decisions

P Knowledge of life and/or general insurance operations an advantage

P Broad knowledge of financial services &/or insurance industry desirable. LOMA qualification an added advantage

P Fluency in English and Cantonese preferred
