We are now looking for a talented individual to be part of our dynamic team for the coworking space at Kwun Tong and Causeway. Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for managing/ supporting exciting projects related to Business Development for azalvo. You will also provide support for part of the space operations to ensure efficient operation of the space.

Job Description:

Business Development: 

  • Explore and link up potential tenants who may benefit from each other in term of business natures
  • Be creative and constantly think outside the box to find solutions to meet growing sales targets (e.g. event, services)
  • Responsible for managing/ supporting projects related to Business Development for azalvo

Leasing, Facilities and Space Management

  • Handle leasing matters including lease execution, negotiation, renewals etc.
  • Handle tenants’ enquiry when necessary
  • Manage and support space daily operations, events and projects
  • Undertake ad hoc duties as requested

Marketing and Branding

  • Plan and strategize smart marketing/ community projects (e.g. advertisements, sales plan, signs, banners, community involvement)
  • Create engaging content, social media events, experiences, networking
  • Build brand awareness for azalvo
  • Engages all stakeholders, including Current members, Future members and Local Community by holding coworking event to build azalvo’s CRM and digital community


  • Degree holder related in BBA or other relevant subjects
  • At least 4 years of experience in business development, leasing management or marketing etc
  • Experience in working at a Fashion, supply chain,  start-up company/ Co-working space is preferred
  • Have a passion for technology and innovation. Not a Scientist, but a Tech-Lover
  • Have good understanding of co-working space office, design, licensing and trading & manufacturing is a plus
  • Able to distil complex ideas down to structured frameworks and concrete action plans
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Detailed-minded individual who is able to manage multiple projects concurrently with tight deadlines
  • Native or near native English, Cantonese & Mandarin is a plus, must be a good writer
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
