Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the process and quality of Design & Build projects from inception, implementation to completion
  • Coordinate and execute in association with concerned departments in design matters and statutory requirements under Buildings Ordinance, its Regulations / Code of Practice and other related Ordinances
  • Monitor the project budget, master program and design quality through design management, design co-ordination, cost control, construction supervision and contract requirement
  • Liaise and collaborate with government authorities, employer/developers, design consultants, as well as internal departments for design matters, including design checking, review, submission and implementation.

Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture or equivalent
  • Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of post-HKIA working experience, preferably with experience in Design & Build projects
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Cantonese and English
