P Work closely with Project Sponsor & senior stakeholders to manage a portfolio of digital projects, identifying dependencies across projects & managing overall delivery schedules, budgets & stakeholder communications

P Day to day management of a Project Manager resource to deliver key components of the Emma initiative

P Drive and motivate the project teams, providing insights into the portfolio of work & providing fresh ideas and inspiration on the projects being delivered

P Align deliverables and dependencies across digital transformation projects & workstreams

P Work with external vendor to integrate ChatBot solutions into AXA systems including CRM and CMS platforms

P Establish relationships with delivery teams such as IT, digital & Marketing to ensure program delivers all components of a comprehensive digital framework. I.e. Defining Analytics, integration points, data cleansing, persona validation (where applicable)

P Communication and updates to senior management within AXA Hong Kong

P Manage project teams - including prioritization, delegation and review of tasks and deliverables

P Ensure all program costs are budgeted, forecasted, accrued and charged appropriately and on a timely basis

P Manage relationships with external vendors, including the management of vendor costs and quality of delivery

P Proactive in sharing experience & mentoring of more junior staff within the team

P Contribute in the development of expertise within the BTO team.


P Strong delivery track record of program delivery for digital technologies. Not necessarily within the Insurance industry

P Proactive, strong communicator & collaborative

P Positive reinforce, willing and able to grow talent within the team and program

P Track record of delivering projects under both waterfall and agile project management approach is desirable

P Experience in delivering digital and automation projects desirable

P Strategic Planning experience desirable

P Strong Financial analysis

P Strong stakeholder management skills - Able to adapt to different stakeholders

P Can demonstrate the ability to negotiate & demonstrate resiliency to ensure program and underlying projects are delivered

P Strong Change Management skills

P University graduate, preferably in Business, Finance, IT or related disciplines
