Project Manager, E-banking

Talent Axis Management Consulting Group Limited

Our client, a well-established bank, is now seeking an experienced candidate to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Source strategic alliance in establishing products and customer services to meet the market trend.
  • Communicate with different product owners and project stakeholders to define user requirements and related operational flow.
  • Undertake tasks assigned by line manager and department head in relation to the e-channel project / product development
  • Review and comment on relevant specifications to confirm detailed requirements.
  • Lead and conduct UAT planning, preparation and execution.
  • Prepare training for frontline, liaise with internal units for product campaigns.
  • Support e-banking operations and enquiries; and prepare relevant MIS reporting.
  • Monitor the market trend and make creative recommendations in order to keep abreast of customer needs.
  • Plan and implement new services / initiatives for different e-channels from end to end including budgeting, tracking on project quality, cost, timeline and delivery.
  • Identify Fintech solutions or opportunities to escalate the e-channel business.
  • Understand the relevance and meaning of all relevant bank policies, guidelines and procedures, including but not limited to those related to AML, data protection, code of conduct, internal control, risk management, e-banking, etc. and fully comply with them.

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in e-banking business
  • Knowledge in consumer banking products with excellent analytical skills
  • Well-versed in project management or System Development Life Cycle
  • Strong business sense on Fintech development trend
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competent in MS Office applications including MS Word / Excel & PowerPoint
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Able to work under pressure within tight deadline and limited resources
  • Confident, organized, detail-minded
  • Desire to learn and willing to travel
