Project Manager (Helpdesk Support Operation)

Optimum Solutions (Hong Kong) Limited

  • Manage and supervise operation team to provide 7 x 24 helpdesk support and operation service of LeaveHomeSafe mobile app and related system including the thematic LeaveHomeSafe website
  • Lead troubleshooting
  • Report daily statistics
  • Review complaints/enquiries and replies
  • Any other duties assigned by the supervisors
  • Bachelor Degree in IT or related disciplines 
  • At least 8 years working experience in IT 
  • Sound experience in IT service centre
  • Ample managerial experience in working with multiple operational teams
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Knowledge of web and mobile app technologies is preferable
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with good command in Chinese and English including oral and writing
  • Non-office hour work, including urgent incident management, problem management, may be required
