  • Direct report to Project Director
  • Collaborate with the design team from concept to completion, the clients and construction partners to ensure everyone is clear of the objectives and project deliverable
  • Manage and mentor staff to deliver the project vision to set budgets and timelines consistently
  • Drawing system quality management
  • Develop schematic designs into design development drawings, and further into tender documentation
  • Reviewing shop-drawings and technical drawings from various consultants throughout all project phases
  • Managing contract administration responsibilities from beginning to the end; preparing project budgets and schedules, site meeting reports


  • Minimum 8 years professional working experience
  • Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design or related discipline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and Excel is a must, with knowledge in AutoCAD
  • Solid experience in all phases and aspects of managing large scale interior architecture and design projects - Luxury Hospitality
  • Experience in China project is a plus
  • Good command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
