Project Manager (Interior Design)

• Diploma or above in interior design / building studies / Construction Management.
• Minimum 5 years+ relevant experience in interior fit out and project management, must handle project independently.
• Experience in handling interior projects of branded retail shops, Department Store or shopping mall is a must.
• Ability to handle overall project planning, co-ordination and management of site works including on-site supervision, progress monitoring, cost and quality control and tendering.
• Rich experience in project management, leading and overall control of all duties.
• Good communication and sound relationship with clients and subcontractors.
• Excellent command of Mandarin & English and ability on computer application.

Salary: HK$25K to HK$50K (Negotiable)
