We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is very hands-on, involving all aspects of Project Management for Interior Fitting Out. During the bid phase of each project, the Project Manager engages with the Design Team and Account Managers to prepare quotations and a preliminary project program. After being awarded with a contract, the Project Manager interfaces between our Designers and Clients, preparing necessary design/technical documentation, arranging suppliers and contractors, and coordinating with the build team for detailed schedule planning. Throughout the build process, the Project Manager ensures quality construction, solves problems, prepares progress reports, and maintains compliance with the project schedule and budget. After completion, the Project Manager ensures timely repair of any defects in workmanship and delivers project closeout documentation to the client.

Job responsibilities:

  • Project Management of Office Fit Out projects
  • Design document review, Quantity SurveyingBid/quotation preparation
  • Create and track Project Schedules (prepare Gantt Charts, Critical Path Analyses)
  • Communicate with Client, Contractors, Suppliers, Site Supervisors, and Designers
  • Monitor site activities to ensure Quality and Compliance with Design Specifications 
  • Lead regular Project Meetings, record Minutes and prepare Action Plans
  • Generate Project Status Reports and maintain accurate Document Control/Version Tracking
  • Ensure completion of projects on schedule and within budget!


  • At least 5 years experience in Project Management related to Design, Architecture, or Construction
  • Experienced and comfortable working directly with sub-contractors in building trades
  • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Project to manage a complete project lifecycle
  • Excellent communications ability in English & Cantonese
  • Must be present in Hong Kong with permission to work (no overseas applicants will be considered)
