Assist the project team head to oversee corporate properties and maintenance schedules of projects
Manage maintenance planning, cost control, review tenders, schedules and construction supervision
Responsible for corporate properties maintenance projects to assure smooth completion and in accordance with the approved plans and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, governmental departments, consultants and relevant parties for construction work
Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by the management
Degree holder in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Building Surveying
With 8-10 years’ relevant experiences, preferably gained from property and facility management
Good communication with strong planning skills
Strong in budget control and meet tight timeline
Proficient in PC applications including Microsoft Project and AutoCAD
