Manage IT projects (related to e-banking and mobile system), plan and control all phases of SDLC including feasibility study, systems analysis and design, system development, implementation and maintenance.
Monitor and keep track on milestones and facilitate mitigation of issues and risks.
Formulate, consult, and instruct project members to provide quality deliverables.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute system project plan.
Maintain open and clear relationships with project stakeholders to facilitate decision making and resolve issues with relevant teams.
Lead the project team members to accomplish the project goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
At least 8 years of working experience on application development and support in financial sector.
Strong project management equipped with problem solving, analytical skills, and decision making skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise project teams to achieve project goals.
Solid experience in managing SDLC on Mobile and Internet application.
Experience in J2EE, Java, Spring Boot, Swift, Objective-c, Android, Oracle, MSSQL, IBM WebSphere, IBM MQ, AIX, Linux is an advantage.
Experienced or Certified in FinTech technology such as AI and Big Data Stream, Distributed Ledger Technology Stream, Open Banking and API Stream, and/or Regtech stream is an advantage.
Good sense in FinTech market trends is a plus.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise project teams to achieve project goals.
