Project Manager - Mobile & Internet Application (Ref: CO-PM)

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects (related to e-banking and mobile system), plan and control all phases of SDLC including feasibility study, systems analysis and design, system development, implementation and maintenance.
• Prepare project planning, resources management, project budget management and vendor management.
• Monitor and keep track on milestones and facilitate mitigation of issues and risks.
• Formulate, consult, and instruct project members to provide quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute system project plan.
• Maintain open and clear relationships with project stakeholders to facilitate decision making and resolve issues with relevant teams.
• Lead the project team members to accomplish the project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
• At least 8 years of working experience on application development and support in financial sector.
• Strong project management equipped with problem solving, analytical skills, and decision making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise project teams to achieve project goals.
• Solid experience in managing SDLC on Mobile and Internet application.
• Experience in J2EE, Java, Spring Boot, Swift, Objective-c, Android, Oracle, MSSQL, IBM WebSphere, IBM MQ, AIX, Linux is an advantage.
• Experienced or Certified in FinTech technology such as AI and Big Data Stream, Distributed Ledger Technology Stream, Open Banking and API Stream, and/or Regtech stream is an advantage.
• Good sense in FinTech market trends is a plus.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise project teams to achieve project goals.
• Eager to learn new technology.
