Release management – organize and assemble all release related activities, from developing and managing the release calendar, facilitating planning, devising task level plans, monitoring progress, recognizing and resolving issues, handling changes, ensuring quality requirements are met, and arranging rollout.
Maintain responsibility for scope, schedule, and quality for projects / segment of project
Handle communication with all levels of the team and stakeholders; create and deliver project level documentation (i.e., reports, schedules, plans, minutes, incident logs, etc.); plan and administer meetings for assigned projects
Change management – ensure change requests are well justified and assessed, keep all level of the teams informed of all changes, keep various plans, e.g., project schedule, resource assignments, up-to-date as changes are made
Identify, highlight, escalate potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to remove impediments or resolve issues
Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new processes / procedures to improve efficiency and/or quality
Degree or above in Computer Sciences, IT, MIS, e-commerce or related discipline.
3-5 years or above relevant experience in project management, specialized in mobile application/ website / digital services
Knowledge with the Scrum or agile software development is an advantage
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and good presentation skill
Well-organized, result-oriented, good problem solving and multi-tasking skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
