In this position you are expected to:

  • Responsible for project planning and conduct feasibility study including preliminary design and cost estimation for aall new development, A&A, renovation works and other construction related projects
  • Plan and manage project execution, monitor progress for the projects, and ensure workmanship quality
  • Supervise and manage various engaging consultants, vendors and contractors regarding to project issues
  • Liaise with government authorities on timely submissions and seek for approvals

The ideal person:

  • Degree holder or above in Architecture, Building, Construction, Surveying or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years' relevant working experience preferably gained in property developers, consultancy companies and the government authorities
  • Member of HKIA, HKIE, HKIS or other construction related institutions
  • Practical experience in local project management for diversified property portfolios
  • Self-motivated, innovative, well organized, detail-minded and able to perform multi-tasks
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English
